Quick answers
Where do I find my downloaded files?
Anything you've downloaded is on your Downloads page. Click Re-download next to any item to fetch it again — links never expire, even after years.
How do daily download limits work for VIP?
Your quota resets every day at 00:00 UTC. Unused downloads don't roll over. If you hit the limit, just wait until reset, upgrade to a higher tier, or buy individual items à la carte.
Can I use templates in client projects?
Yes. Every UIHub purchase comes with a commercial license that covers unlimited client work. Read the full license terms.
What happens if I cancel VIP?
Your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period. After that, files you actively shipped under VIP are still yours to keep, but you can't start new projects with VIP-downloaded files.
I bought something but it's broken / wrong format. What now?
Contact the creator first via the product page. If you can't reach them within 24 hours, email support@uihub.io. Broken / unusable files are one of the exceptions in our refund policy — we'll either get the creator to fix it, or refund if they can't.
